VIVEKANANDA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION

Science Day was celebrated in our college on 21st March. There were dance performances, quiz programme conducted and a fun connection game has been conducted. I learned many new things about science. Difficulties: I found that some of the quiz questions a bit difficult.

தூக்கம் பறிக்கும் திரை – சமூக ஊடகம் பழைய நாட்களில், நண்பனைத் தேடி வீதியில் நடந்து சென்றேன். இப்போது? அவனை ஆன்லைனில் தேடி அலைகிறேன்...  மழையில் நனைந்து நாய்க்குட்டி நடுங்கும் வீடியோ, அதில் லைக் குவிக்கும் மனங்கள், ஆனால் அருகே நனைந்து நின்ற மனிதனை நாம் கண்டுகொள்ளாமல் செல்லும் காலம் இது! முகமில்லா நகைச்சுவை குறுஞ்செய்திகளில் தொடங்கிய உரையாடல்கள்... வாழ்வின் மறுகட்டதிற்கு  அழைத்து செல்லும்.... இணையவழியில்....  தந்தை பேசும் போதே, நாம் ஸ்க்ரோல் செய்வது யாரோபட்ட வீடியோ! அம்மாவின் குரல் பின்னணியாக மாற, வீடியோக்களின் சத்தமே உயிர் என்று கருதும் யுகம்! எங்கே தொடங்கி  எங்கே முடியும் என்று  அறியாத வாழ்க்கை.  தற்போது வாட்ஸ் ஆப்பில் தொடங்கி  இன்ஸ்டாகிராமில் முடிகிறது. !!!

         We have practiced micro teaching. We have practiced various teaching skills, like skill of introduction, skill of explanation, skill of stimulus variation and so on. It was a new experience. I personally felt it as a very good opportunity to improve my teaching skills, I gained confidence in teaching and I got an idea to use different teaching materials. Challenges: 1. I felt fear on first day.  2. It was difficult to make teaching materials.  3. I found it challenging to manage between 5-7 minutes.  4. It was tough to get natural student response. Because the observers are our peer group.
