           Recipe of chicken tikka gravy
Ingredients: Chicken cubes, yogurt, onion, tomato puree, cream, oil, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, kasuri methi.
Method:
Marinate chicken with yogurt, red chili, turmeric, garam masala, and salt for 1 hour.
Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked.
Sauté onion, add tomato puree, coriander powder, red chili, turmeric, and cook 5 mins.
Add chicken, simmer 5–7 mins, stir in cream, sprinkle kasuri methi.
Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
Challenges:   While making this, I challenged myself to get the perfect balance of spices and creamy texture just like in restaurants—and it turned out delicious. It took more time than I expected.
